Reese Witherspoon seriously pursued her acting career after enrolment at Stanford University. In her early career, she played roles in movies like Pleasantville or Election. But it came in Elle Woods' portrayal in Legally Blonde which marked a significant pivotal moment in her career. Witherspoon's role as Elle Woods in Walk the Line earned her an Academy Award nomination in 2005. Water for Elephants: This Means War & Wild, for both of which she was awarded the Oscar nomination. Witherspoon is also a hit in television, as she has been a producer and co-star for David E. Kelley's award-winning TV series Big Little Lies. Alongside her acting work, Ms. Williams is a gifted artist who has exhibited her work in numerous exhibitions.
